After a very long wait, we\’ve got some official confirmation by Asus about the Zenfone 7. The Zenfone 7 was teased in a Youtube video by Asus. Here\’s everything you need to know about it.
The Zenfone Series by Asus has brought them great success in the past few years. Their smartphones have been amazing throughout. With the Zenfone 6Z, they brought to the market, the first-ever \”Flip Camera\”. It was a very innovative idea that fascinated many, though, few were concerned about the durability. The durability on the last one was great.

The Cameras :
The Zenfone 7 comes with a Triple-Camera Setup: A 64 Megapixel Primary with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization); A 12 Megapixel Ultrawide angle lens and a Telephoto lens. These camera specs although are amazing, there\’s something more interesting and fascinating. And that is the FLIP-OVER CAMERA: That\’s a really good decision made by Asus to continue the same legacy. The flip-over camera not only makes the smartphone attractive but also gives room for a full-screen display and better selfies, as the rear and the front camera are the SAME. The cameras here have gained a very good upgrade over the previous ones on the Zenfone 6Z.

The Display :
The display too has undergone great changes: A 90 Hz Amoled replacing the 60Hz LCD. This change was one of the most awaited ones. Many believe 90 and 60 hertz do not make a huge difference, but it\’s not like that. The 90-hertz display makes a huge change when shifted from the 60-hertz. After listening to AMOLED, we might think that it\’ll have an in-display fingerprint sensor. But that\’s not the case: The Zenfone 7 has an \’All in One\’ button on the side that acts as the power button as well as the fingerprint sensor and maybe do a few more tasks like opening Google Assitant.
The Processor :
The previous generation Zenfone 6Z was powered by the then Flagship processor, Qualcomm\’s Snapdragon 855. And the new Zenfone 7 has this year\’s flagship processor Snapdragon 865 and the Pro version with 865+, which has slightly better performance than the 865. Both the Snapdragon 865 and 865+ have been seen in a couple of smartphones nowadays and their performance is phenomenal: Day-to-day tasks are cake-walks and also handles Graphically intensive tasks very easily.

The Battery :
In their recent video, Asus has also teased a 5000 mAH battery on the Zenfone 7 and the 7 Pro. The Zenfone 6Z also had a 5000 mAH battery and the capacity is highly respected even now. The Zenfone 7 may last a day and a half even with graphically intensive tasks thrown at it here and there.
These are some of the aspects of the Zenfone 7 that were teased by Asus in their video.
Price :
This is something that hasn\’t had any official confirmation. But we can expect it to launch in India at around 50000 INR. This isn\’t the exact price of the Zenfone 7, it\’s just an EXPECTED PRICE.
